Product Returns & Refunds

Refunds for products are available at up to 100% of the purchase price providing the products are returned in unused condition, and provided they are returned within 14 days at the expense of the client.  APL Healthcare and its members may reduce the amount refunded to a client if the product is damaged or in less than 'as new' condition upon return.  Books, CD's and DVD's are not returnable and not refundable, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Missing Items

APL must be notified about missing items within 7 days of delivery.

Disputed Transactions

Please contact your bank or financial institution immediately.


All quotations provided by APL Healthcare are valid for 14 days only.

Stated Lead Times

Stated lead times on products are an estimation only (eg. 6 weeks) and are subject to change.
Many issues can arise in the import supply chain and these are out of our control.
All efforts are made to ensure your goods arrive on time, more often than not they arrive earlier.

Shipping Refunds

APL Healthcare does not refund shipping costs.


We ship every weekday (Monday - Friday) via Australia Post Parcels, Fastway Couriers or TNT.  If all items are in stock, your order should ship within 3 business days of placing the order.
We cannot guarantee Express Post next day deliveries, but all efforts are made to facilitate and prioritise Express Post orders.

Cut-off time for Express Orders is 12pm (Melbourne Time).  Express Orders placed after 12pm will dispatch next business day.

Orders placed online over $500 will receive free regular shipping.
Free shipping offer excludes Express Post.
Phone orders, purchase orders or orders placed via email will be subject to freight charges.
